Gold Standard Media now offers comprehensive order distribution and fulfillment services! We can take your product from the master to the finished, fully packaged product under one roof, saving you both time and money.

Services offered:

Available Carriers:

Distribution directly to your customers via any of the following carriers:

  • UPS: this is our primary shipper for less than pallet quantities to one location.
    • Our special relationship with UPS allows us to pass susbstantial savings on to you.
    • Late pickups can be arranged.
    • Both Domestic and International services are available.
    • Any of the service classes are available to you.
    • Ship local areas via ground and other areas via air, if needed.
    • Packages can contain varying quantities.
    • We pack and ship based on your needs.
  • LTL: Less than trailer load quantities can be delivered via truck to your customer, using one of the many LTL carriers that we deal with, or with your trucker.
  • USPS: The US Postal Service is the most economical way to distribute identical packages that weigh less than a pound.
  • STD-A: (sometimes referred to as BULK MAIL) Perfect for distributing large numbers of small mail pieces to your customers when time is not of the essence.
    • Delivery time can vary from 2 to ten days.
    • Pre-sorted first class is perfect for more time sensitive materials.
    • 2 days local, 4 days across the country.

Address Correction Service

  • Whether you ship via UPS or USPS address correction is a must.
  • Misspelled street or city names.
  • Non-existing house numbers.
  • Bad zip codes or states can be detected and corrrected before the product ships to virtually eliminate returned items for bad addresing.
  • Zip + 4 is added to every correct address.
  • Postnet Barcodes are generated for each address (required by USPS).
  • Move correction service is available.

Mail Sortation

  • Qualifies you for USPS discount mail rates and to move your mail as fast as possible.

Warehousing and fulfillment

  • Complete order capture, order fulfillment and tracking capabilities
